The rules that govern buying from, selling on and using Fatty's Store.By using the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to what’s below. Short version: be reasonable with us and we’ll be reasonable with you.
One
By browsing Fatty’s Store, creating an account, or placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after we post an update means you accept the new version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and — where you have an account — sent to you by email.
Two
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, reset your password and email us immediately.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date, including your phone number and delivery address — these are necessary for a courier to reach you.
One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse of refunds or returns, or any unlawful purpose.
Three
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer only when we confirm the order and dispatch the parcel. Until then we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order — including when an item has unexpectedly gone out of stock, when there is a pricing error, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we will refund any payment in full.
Where prices or product details are shown in error, we reserve the right to correct the error and give you the chance to cancel before shipping.
Four
We ship across Pakistan via our courier partner PostEx. Delivery windows depend on your city — typically two to four working days for major cities, and up to six working days for remote locations.
Tracking updates are pushed to your account and, if you are using the app, to your device in real time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will help you chase the parcel where we can.
You are responsible for providing a reachable phone number and a valid, accessible delivery address. If a parcel returns to us undelivered because the address was wrong or the recipient could not be reached after reasonable attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order with a partial refund.
Five
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was listed, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number — we will organise a pickup, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Beauty, intimates and sale items are final sale unless they arrive defective. We cannot accept returns for change of mind on these categories for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are made back to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit if that is faster or if the original method is unavailable.
Six
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our primary payment method. We are working on adding additional options (card, wallet, bank transfer); this page will be updated as they go live.
By choosing COD you agree to have the correct amount ready at the time of delivery. Orders that are refused at the door without prior communication may attract a restocking or re-delivery fee on future orders from the same account.
Seven
You can cancel an order yourself while it is still in the "pending" state, from your account. Once a courier label has been generated, cancellations need to go through our support team — email us and we will help if the parcel has not already been picked up.
Eight
All content on Fatty’s Store — photography, copy, product descriptions, logos, branding, and site design — is owned by us or by the brands we carry, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may share links to our pages on social media. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, or use our content to train a machine-learning model without written permission.
Nine
Please don’t use the site to do anything illegal, to attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to, to scrape at a rate that disrupts service for others, or to harass our staff or other customers.
Ten
We do our best to keep the site accurate and the orders correct, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded — for example, liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or where consumer protection law gives you non-waivable rights.
Eleven
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or a purchase will be handled by the courts of Karachi, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer protection law.
